Ágata Pinho

Degree in Law from the Porto School of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, 2006. Postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Official Industrial Property Agent (Portugal) since 2012.

Joined Pereira da Cruz e Associados in 2008 and has vast experience in providing strategic advice to businesses for the protection, defence and enforcement of their intellectual property assets. She is also involved in judicial litigation in the field of patents, trademarks, designs and copyright.

Currently, a large part of her activity focuses on biotechnological and pharmaceutical patents.

She is the author of various texts and articles on intellectual property in Portuguese and international publications and participates as a speaker at seminars on aspects of intellectual property, for example in the area of fashion law.
