Beatriz Pereira da Cruz

Degree in Law from the Lisbon School of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, 2017.

Attended the 1st Course on Intellectual Property Process and Procedural Law organised by the Portuguese Delegation of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), 2020.

She started her professional life in 2017 at Pereira da Cruz e Associados while completing her legal studies.

She currently focuses her practice on administrative and penal proceedings in the field of industrial property. She provides legal advice, with particular emphasis on trademark litigation, and is actively involved in the Anti-Counterfeiting Department.
