2nd Edition – Course on Intellectual Property Process and Procedural Law – 20th September 2022 | 21st March 2023

For the purpose of providing a practical analysis of Intellectual Property from a procedural point of view, the Portuguese Delegation of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Portugal) presents the 2nd edition of the Course on Intellectual Property Process and Procedural Law.

This initiative will be organised as an online training and, once again, has an ambitious and unprecedented programme, which covers all the procedures related to Intellectual Property, from those aiming at the attribution of rights and their extinction to those concerning their defence, in its whole diversity, focusing on several areas of adjective law.

Cláudia Freixinho Serrano and Nuno Cruz are included in the teaching workforce of this course, together with hundreds of renowned speakers in matters such as Civil Procedural Law, Intellectual Property and other neighbouring legal fields.

This will be an unparalleled initiative and may be an exceptional opportunity to expand theoretical knowledge and enhance it with a practical insight.
